Mike Rigney
Mike Rigney, President of Fiserv VISION, has 29 years of experience with the company and was part of the original group that founded Fiserv, Inc. Over the course of Mike’s tenure he has led various areas of the company and been integral to the innovation and growth that has maintained Fiserv VISION’s position as an industry leader. Mike joined the Fiserv VISION senior management team in 1996 as the SVP of Account Processing Services later becoming EVP prior to being appointed company President.
Tom Knapp
Tom Knapp, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, provides leadership in the development of Fiserv VISION products, services and technology. Tom is responsible for the product direction and strategy of Fiserv VISION solutions along with the integration with other Fiserv solutions. His leadership of Product Management and the Enterprise Project Management Office ensures that Fiserv VISION clients receive the solutions needed to compete in the ever-changing financial services landscape. Tom brings to Fiserv over 25 years of leadership experience in the financial institutions, healthcare and information technology consulting fields.
Troy Wyss
Troy Wyss, Senior Vice President of Computer Operations, is responsible for ensuring the availability, accuracy, and responsiveness of the computer systems that are so vital to our clients' daily operations. Troy brings over 26 years of hands-on and management experience in data processing and computer technology. The Fiserv VISION Computer Services organization that Troy leads includes Operations, Implementation Services, Network Communications, Information Technology and Technical Support.
Karen Veling
Karen Veling, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales Support, manages all marketing and sales support functions including product marketing, marketing communications, creative services, sales presentations and event marketing. Since joining Fiserv VISION in 1987, Karen has managed several disciplines including Training, Documentation and Client Services. She has a BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin and has completed the Business Marketing Strategy Executive program at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Michael Langenkamp
Michael Langenkamp, Senior Vice President of Relationship Management, oversees all Fiserv VISION client relationships being served by our Account Managers and Relationship Executives. In this role Mike is instrumental in developing and guiding the growth of Fiserv VISION’s relationships with all of our current and future clients. Mike joined Fiserv VISION in December 2005 having come from Acxicom Corporation of Little Rock, Arkansas, where he had responsibility for financial services industry consulting services. Prior to Acxicom, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BISYS. During his tenure he managed the Sales Engineers, Marketing, Sales Support and Product Management for BISYS Information Services.
Brian Hagan
Brian Hagan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for the business unit. He oversees all client and business contracts and is a central figure in determining pricing strategy for Fiserv VISION product and service agreements. Brian joined Fiserv in 1994 as Vice President, Finance and Administration. Prior to joining Fiserv, Brian held various leadership positions with Coopers & Lybrand in Milwaukee and Chicago. Brian is a graduate of Marquette University and a CPA.
John Eckl
John Eckl, Senior Vice President of Human Resources has responsibility for the human resources function serving Fiserv VISION and ITI Outsourcing. In this role John maintains primary responsibility for finding highly qualified people for the various positions within the company and helping create an environment that makes Fiserv a great place to work and grow. John has been with Fiserv for 16 years, starting as Vice President of Human Resources when the company was just beginning to grow. Prior positions held included Corporate Director of Personnel for a Fortune 200 manufacturer and Personnel Director for a bank in Milwaukee.
Ann Pappas
Ann Pappas, Senior Vice President of Client Services, is responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service from Fiserv VISION. In her role she leads the Client Services Support Teams, the Service Managers as well as the Client Training and Development areas. Ann joined Fiserv VISION in March 2007 after spending over 20 years with M&I Bank and Metavante where she held leadership roles in application development, education services, client relations and national accounts management. Ann is a graduate of Alverno College with a focus in Business Management and Computer Sciences.
